1. Who processes your data

The guiare.com website is run by A.C. Zica Engenharia, Arquitetura e Consultoria Ltda., which operates under the name Guiare, registered under Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 07.438.326/0001-44, with its head office at Rua Dr. Ary Ferreira, 100 — São Bento, Belo Horizonte/MG, postal code 30350-490, Brazil. Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD), Guiare is the controller of the personal data processed on this website.

This policy applies to the guiare.com website. The Guiare SG2 Sistemas portal and app, used by clients and residents, have their own terms and policy.

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to people who contact us:

• In the contact form: name, email, phone number (optional) and the message you write.
• While you browse: the technical access logs every server keeps, such as IP address, date and time, page visited and browser, used to keep the website secure and working.
• If you accept analytics cookies: browsing data collected by audience measurement tools (see the section on cookies).

We do not ask for sensitive data, such as racial origin, health, religion or political opinion, or for data about children. Please do not use the form to send this kind of information.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry, send a proposal and discuss Guiare's services. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract, at the request of the data subject (LGPD, art. 7, V).
• To keep the website secure and investigate misuse. Legal basis: Guiare's legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) and compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II).
• To measure the website's audience in order to improve it, only if you accept analytics cookies. Legal basis: consent (art. 7, I), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than those described here.

4. Who we share it with

• The Guiare team responsible for handling enquiries, who receive your message by email and WhatsApp.
• Service providers that run the website's infrastructure on Guiare's behalf — hosting, email and messaging — who may only use the data to provide that service.
• Google, only if you accept analytics cookies.
• Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or a court order.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses two types of storage in your browser:

• Necessary: they store your cookie choice and the website language. They do not identify you and do not require consent.
• Analytics: loaded by Google Tag Manager to count visits and understand how the website is used. They are only activated if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you decline, the website works just the same.

You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page. Google's tools may process data on servers outside Brazil, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.

6. How long we keep it

Data sent through the form is kept for up to 5 years from our last contact with you and is then deleted — sooner, if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it. If the enquiry becomes a contract, the data then follows the rules of the contract.

Technical access logs are kept for the period required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014).

7. Your rights

The LGPD (art. 18) gives you the right, at any time, to:

• Confirm whether we process your data and access it.
• Correct incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data.
• Request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed in breach of the law.
• Request the portability of your data to another provider.
• Know who we share your data with.
• Withdraw consent, where it is the basis for processing, and know the consequences of not giving it.
• Object to processing carried out on another legal basis if it breaches the law.

You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), at gov.br/anpd.

8. How to contact Guiare about privacy

To exercise any of these rights or ask questions about this policy, write to privacidade@guiare.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before responding, to protect your own data. We reply within 15 days.

9. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to form data is restricted to the Guiare staff who need it to handle enquiries. If a security incident occurs that could cause you significant risk or harm, we will notify you and the ANPD, as required by law.

10. Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page, with the update date at the top. Significant changes to the way we handle your data will also be highlighted on the website.
